In the Privacy Management Screen of Prompt Privacy, you have the ability to configure and manage the privacy settings specific to your Prompt Privacy Tenant. This section is crucial for controlling how sensitive data is handled within your system.

Understanding Entities

At the core of Prompt Privacy's functionality are "Entities." These are defined as various types of sensitive information that your system may encounter. Examples of entities include, but are not limited to, Social Security Numbers, Credit Card Information, and an Individual's Religious Affiliations. It's important to understand these entities as they form the basis of how privacy is managed.

Default Privacy Setting

By default, the system is configured to 'Low Privacy' mode. This setting is important to note as it influences the initial level of data protection applied to the entities. Users are encouraged to assess and adjust this setting based on their specific privacy requirements and compliance needs.
